Revised Passat due at the end of the year

Closest thing I've sat in seat wise to a Sport, is an Insignia SRi, if you don't need rear legroom (although this maybe ok in the Tourer) I'd have a look at one, and remember it was designed by the guy who VX lured away from Audi.

Audi's do nothing for me.

Had an A4 140 TDI PD SE estate for three years until last year - worst car I've ever had.

Extremely poor ride and handling, no legroom in the back (sports seats!!!) and ate oil - it just seemed to be a case of marketing over ability.

The garage advised that a litre of oil every 3,000 miles was acceptable.


Its great to get into a car now that can carry 4 normal sized people - even if the dealer is clueless.
