My local garage used an aerosol turbo cleaner which helped for a short period of time, I’m guessing it will need a few treatments though. Where are these treatments sprayed in?
Which engine? BMR will be on the bulkhead slightly to the right of the small rack of sensor plugs above the gearbox. Other engine codes may have the N75 in a slightly different position.

Some are sprayed into the air intake to survive the trip through the engine and do a bit of cleaning as they pass through the turbo on way to exhaust. Others (oven cleaner types) are put into a non-running (but maybe warm) turbo via its EGR port or exhaust outlet.

Most are temporary solutions to a cleaning problem. This thread is relevant for a vacuum leak in a vacuum solenoid or Turbo vacuum actuator and therefore spraying cleaner would not affect the outcome of this fault. Using cleaning sprays for cases where the variable vane system in the exhaust side of the turbo drags or seizes will only free the mechanism for a short amount of time. The proper solution is to dismantle the exhaust side of the turbo, clean it thoroughly with solvent cleaners and a range of mildly abrasive pads / cleaning materials, then grease up the contact parts of the VNT mechanism. Once reassembled you should expect at least 80 to 100k more service life if the engine is well maintained and no other issues occur that might affect turbo life e.g. oil starvation etc.
