    hey fellas the esp light is going on and off i used my reader to check and these are the codes that showed up 18265 and 00526 the first is something to do with ecu signals to transmission or somethin and the second is break light switch can anyone tell me if these codes are related to the same problem and also is the car safe to drive and should i erase these codes or seek further. I refuse to go to main dealer who i had a few problems with before concerning money

    Replace the brake light switch at the foot of the brake pedal and the codes should go away.

    As above, very connom. Go to audi for the part, should be around £10.00.
    New upgraded part. 10 min install.
