rear wipe/ wash problems

hi, just wonderin if anyone can help. i recently tried to close the hatch on my A3 and it wouldn't lock and i had to slam it down quite hard several times before it finally closed. Since then it is showing on my dash that the boot isn't closed when it is. Also my back wiper/ washer won't work and i was wondering wether i might have dislodged a wire while slamming the boot. has anyone had this before and if so is it something i can fix myself.
One more little thing as well. When i press the door lock on my key fob, the indicators used to flash once to show it was locked but is no longer doing it yet the indicators flash twice still when i press the unlock key, thanks folks

washer hose as come off of the motor and filled the boot catch up with water
fit new boot catch
repair wiring in connector
fit washer hose modified rubber variety
