Diesel Particulate Filter Problem in Audi A4

Hi all

I am a new member to this forum and also a new owner of an AUDI A4 2.0 TDI since March 2007.
Having driven for over 4000 km, I have had to take my car twice to the Dealer to clean the DPF. Almost every 1500- 2000 Km the DPF warning light comes on

I have read the regeneration phase to clean the DPF, but the same does not seem to work. The Dealer says there is no problem, but am not sure if the root cause is addressed

Has anybody else also faced this kind of problem and is their a solution for the same.

Maybe you need to drive it harder.
Do you do a lot of city driving ?

I do a lot of Highway and Motorway driving . Inspite of this I am seeing this problem
