rear heated windscreen does not work

Hi guys! i too am now struggling with the same heated rear window issue! i need the wiring diagram as discussed in this thread ive tried contacting Benjie however im new to this forum so have less than 10 so cannot email him direct, could some one please pm me with an email address so i can contact them direct? Hi Benjie, I have what seems to be the same problem: A4, 52 plate, 130bhp 1.9 Tdi Avant. Indicator light for hrw comes on when you press the button but goes off again. Told by my garage 'twas in the CC unit!

I would be very grateful to see the guide, please. Is there room behind the CC unit to put in the relay? My email is: chris@hand-n-head.freeserve.co.uk

I’m now having the same issue , to save any work, can you just find a
CC unit with the heated seat option pre 2004 from another b6 and just swop that over with your original? Will that work too? I’m rubbish with electrics and if I can just swop over a unit instead I’m game 🤞🏻
