    Hi..

I have recently purchased an A6 Avant, All is good howeverthe rear washer jet seems to be working but there is no water coming out of the nozzle...

Tests later,i.e small pin in to the jet and still nothing, then stripped the compartment where the CD changer is normally housed and found my latest addition to the the A6 which i never knew had. A Fish tank... Long story short, Water drained and hose re-connected..

Started again thinking this had cured the problem.

To my dissapointment it hasn't however and i now have a soaked boot lid...

Can any one advise or guide me on how to reslove this issue. If anyone can advise on how to remove the boot lining it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance...

I think there's a join in the hose near the CD changer, and it sounds like yours has popped off.

There's another post a couple below this one with the same problem.

Behind the wiper itself there is a bit of pipe and its metal and that might of corroded and then leak in the back of the tailgate instead. Im sure its above the warning triangle. Find this pipe then get someone to press the washers and see if it leaks..
