    Cool What is a "TPI" ? – 30-11-2009,10:56 AM
    Hi Does anyone know what a "TPI" is ?
    Just got my Golf back from the dealer to have some defects fixed, including a slipping drive belt. Looking at the repair report they refer to work done per the "TPI " which advised change the tensioner, bolt and belt ? any ideas ?

    Ah I see cheers, must be a know issue with belt slipping noises for the new Golf if they have a TPI for it. Hopefully this is its last visit for a while !5 visits to the dealer in 3 months !!
