    Hi
Indicators on 2001 TDi130 are erratic - sometimes work ok - sometimes will blink once or twice then stop - sometime wont work at all. Pressing hazard switch has same erratic results. Passenger footwell dry. Indicators blink as normal when locking or un-locking. Suspect relay problem.
Some other posts suggest that the relay is part of the haz switch and that haz switch may be the culprit.
    - do my symptoms point to this ? can somebody confirm that relay is part of haz switch?

    Thanks

    Trevor

Yep - it was the hazard switch. I got mine from GSF about £14, however faceplate about 2-3 mm wider than original fit and therefore jammed "on" in recess!! Fortunately able to swap faceplate with original.
