Low beam bulb replacement – 11-11-2009,03:36 PM

Hi
Can anyone advise, if it is possible to replace the low beam bulb without having to go to a garage\dealer. My bulb has just failed and was crawling the web for instructions on how to do so. (passenger side bulb in front of the fuse holder). Can't get my big mits into the back of the headlamp!!!!
I have a A3 2.0 TDi on a 2003 plate, any info appreciated.
