Vagcom Code 2010 Jetta TDI With European Tail Lights

Hello:
I have a 2010 Jetta TDI, I am swapping North American tail lights to European Tail lights with rear fogs. Can anyone help me with the Vagcom codes and wire swap to get the amber turn signal and fog light to work? Nobody seems to have the codes for the BCM PQ35 B 008 0019 Cent Elect computer in Canada. I have also bought a new light switch and activation wire for the rear fog light.
