Hi there, i'm new to this forum, own a audi a4 1.9tdi sport, my cars battery tends to die over night, ive had the alternator checked, changed the battery and the problem still occurs, had a diagnosis, which showed several problems, i am told the main problem to worry about is:

    00532 - supply voltage B+
    002 - Lower Limit Exceeded - Intermittent

what could that be? and what do i do? someone help please!

    Taken from the rosstech wiki

00532 - Supply Voltage B+: Signal too Low
    Possible Causes
    Wiring/Connectors from/to Control Module faulty
    Power Supply (Battery/Generator) faulty
    Possible Solutions
    Check/Repair Wiring/Connectors from/to Control Module
    Check Power Supply (Battery/Generator)
    Special Notes
When found in an individual control module, it's most likely a local source (e.g. wiring/connectors).
When found in multiple control modules at the same time, it's most likely a common source (e.g. ground spot, battery, generator).
Intermittent codes are often stored during low outside temperature when the battery capacity goes down and may be ignored.
Common with 16946/P0562/001378 - System Voltage: Too Low stored in other control modules.

I would get the electics checked to see what is draining the battery

Also as you have changed the battery that could be an old fault, have it cleared and see if it comes backafter a couple of days.

what you need to do is to find a mechanic that has a clue. something is draining the battery and this wont usually show up on diagnostics. with the car all switched off, bonnet up but bonnet switch closed, or battery on remote wires and bonnet closed, an amp draw test needs to be performed, then the faulty component isolated. removing fuses is a good start. it could be as simple as a boot light staying on, or and ecu not turning off.

Post all fault codes and especially check address 46
Make sure all you consumers work for example check the led light in the drivers door lock.
When you lock the vehicle it should flash quickly for 30 seconds or so then slow down.
Make sure the everything turns off when removing the key and note the convience circuit may well stay active for 20 minuets as well as the engine ecu which stays powered up for about 10 mins.
If you under take a closed circuit current draw allow at least 2 hours before taking a average current reading and your looking for 0.030 amps ideally.

The battery you fitted was it the correct spec for you car? Do you have an aftermarket alarm system that could be slowley draining your battery?
Do you just drive on short distances not giving the battery a chance to charge fully?
