I am looking to fit a golf gti, s3, cupra 2L TFSI engine and dsg gearbox, but I am not really sure if I can do this because of all the electronics involved.

What kind of job am I looking at? As long as I get the complete engine and gearbox and ecu. What else is involved in fitting it? I know that the dsg is the problem, with a manual it would be quite easy.

And also, anybody has any ideea how much does the engine and the dsg gearbox weight?

You will either need to get the immobiliser killed (which is quite a big job on one of those) or run with the dashboard and correct key.

If you'd like the immobiliser killing then get in touch.

i didn't think many kit cars came as front wheel drive. Aren't they usually rear wheel driven?
