    Default Locating Central control unit and window control unit – 23-04-2007,07:27 PM
    We need to replace the electric central window control unit but are struggling to locate it is not located under the front drivers seat as i have read.
    Where is it? and where can i purchase a replacement at the lowest cost?

    This is on a VW Sharan

    I don't know where it would be on the Sharan but on Golfs / Passats you'll usually find then lurking low down in the A pillar area behind the side kick panels.

    What exactly is wrong with it that is leading you to replace it ?
