Engine coolant sensor on a 2.6 v6?!?!?!

Could someone out there please help, could someone please point me in the direction of the location of the engine temp sender/sensor on the 2.6 v6 A4 it is a 1996 car and has an ABC engine,

follow the ribbed air pipe from the air box to the throttle body undo the pipe jubalee clip at the throttle body and the air box the temp sensor is underneath this pipe at the back of the drivers side cylinder head you will see a plug going to it make sure your engine is cold remove the plug then slide out the horseshoe shaped plastic clip these are delicate so be carefull give the top of the sensor a wiggle and it should come out forgot to mension before you remove the sensor take the cap off the expansion tank to release any preasure then replace the cap his way you loose very little coolant make sure you get the new sensor all the way in and make sure the plastic clip when slid back in goes on the top of the sensor its pritty tight in there but you can do it by feel as much as sight
