I have got hold of a RNS-E and would like to fit it, but I currently have concert single din radio. Does anyone know where I can get hold of a double din console, preferably not from audi as I heard they cost £400!?!?

Let me know how the install goes as I was thinking about doing the same however I have a single DIN system too... I read somewhere that you may have to cut some of the Air Con controls off at the corners... Not sure if its true though.

I got a quote and it cost £140 EXTRA ontop of a normal install to fit in a single din slot

Yer you can either trim the controls down, or buy a new one thats a slightly different shape as it has to move down into the gap above the ash tray.I personally would just crack the file out,its only a few mm either side that needs to come off. I've heard that removing all the surrounding trim can be a t**t of a job too!!

    good luck!
