Well thought I'd say a quick hello

I've been knocking around the vw forums for about 2years now whilst I've been putting my mk2 vr6 together (I'm a Moderator on the mk2vr6 forum), unfortunately due to the recession and a lack of work, things didn't turn out well for the project.....it did about 1000miles and a couple of runs at Santa Pod before being stripped again and the parts sold off

Which brings me to me joining this forum, I am in search of an Audi TDI, I'm not in any rush to find one as want to find the right one and need to save up the readies so for now I intend to pillage the forum of all useful information relating to these

So thats me and thats why I'm here

Yeah it was a shame but I learnt a huge amount whilst doing it which will stay with me and be useful when working on other cars, and I thoroughly enjoyed building it myself including the blood sweat and tears. I do have a future project in mind but it'll have to wait until I have a decent garage to work in
