My first Post.

I have had an Audi A4 Avant for a few years, 140000 miles and still going strong.

I had an attack of insanity recently and bought myself a 98 S8. The wife won't talk to me and my freinds are lining up for a ride! Great to be popular; it'll wear off.

My question is this. The car came with a phone mount in the center arm rest and is wired into the cars audio system. The dealer didn't know much about it and I want to find the phone that fits the holder. I have tried Audi but while it's an Audi part number, they dont recognise it!

I can't get a phone holder for my phone as it is a PDA. I don't want a screen or vent mount, so if I can find the phone that matches the holder I'll get one just for the car and set my phone to forward while I am driving.
