Am looking for the correct spark plug gap for a 2003 A6 2.7T tiptronic. The manual says .4 to .6mm. This is apparently 16 to 24 thousands of an inch. NGK says that the gap for my car should be 32 thousands of an inch. Which is correct? I do not want to waste time and effort by experimatation.

    Cheers !

    John

I know that mate, that is why I said "digging up an old thread I know". Rather than starting a new thread with the same question I thought I would just resurrect this one

Thank you mate. There are so many threads all over the net on this and I just don't know what to do for the best. The last thing I want to do is put them all at say 0.8 just to have to pull them all out again because the car doesn't run right at that gap. Just want to do the job once and be done with it..
