Audi a6 Airbag Light P plate

Hi

I wonder if anybody has any suggestions on a little problem i have with my airbag light?

Whilst on holiday i blew the fuse for the cigarette lighter but as I didn't have any books with me i proceeded to pull each fuse to find the blown one ( turned out in the end it was one of only two under the bonnet grrr).

Anyway since doing this my airbag light remains on for around 5 mins when the key is turned, it dosent matter whether the engine is started or just left with the key turned the light will stay on for around 5 min's then go off ???

Anybody have any ideas on what could be causing this ??

sounds like a fault code locked in the ecu. If you have access to vag-com you can probably reset it, if not a lot of faults reset after so many starts without it happening, so it may appear to go away.
