I have just installed an aftermarket MFD its a model "g".

I looked for a thread on this but the search came up with nothing on the forum which seems odd.

I was told that the Steering wheel controls wouldn't work with the "g" model but they work fine. Problem is the hi line dash no longer works. I have all three lines of the computer but the top line which used to say the radio station on my gamma is now blank and the directions for the nav dont come on the rest of the screen

    Can anyone help?

Also does anyone have the manuel for the MFD?

Thanks for this but it doesn't say anything about the FIS. I find it hard to believe when my last stereo could use the dash computer but this one can't. Do I really need to spend £150 on a unit to get it to work?

Is there not a cheaper, easier way?
