Leather Seats on A6

Hi Guys

To cut a long story short I am looking for the following spec on an Audi A6 Saloon.

Audi A6 SE
Black (preferrably Phantom black)
56 Plate or later
Upto 40000 miles
Preferably an automatic but not too fussed
with LEATHER SEATS
upto £14,500

Have been looking for a while online and at Auction and have not come across many at all within my price range.Its the leather seats which seem to be rare on the SE models. I wouldnt mind the s line but they obviously push the price up.

Went to Audi Leeds the other week and they suggested for £1000 plus vat they would put the leather on the exisiting seats and it would not look any different to being manufactured with leather. Has anyone had this service before? Would you recommend it? Does anyone know where I can get a good job done? It may be that I cannot find my strict criteria in one go so would consider doing this if the final product is going to be good.

Any tips or suggestions?! If anyone sees a car like I describe please get back!!

Perhaps not exactly a perfect match, but not far off?

I suppose it depends how many of your listed desirables are flexible, but there are stacks of A6's with leather, but perhaps not once you filter your list.

Bear in mind that just because an asking price is £2k above your max price that it isn't worth a punt, because it is after all, still a buyers market.

Thanks Shroud - have come across these 2....the first one especially thought about but I was looking for 56 or later. Ive been working on the assumption that I would be able to haggle at least 500 off....therefore filtering out anything over 15k but maybe you are right I should have a look at cars abobe that price
