    Hi there,

    well the faults are for...

Could not find any info on this code.

18201 P1793 Output Speed Sensor 2 Circ. No Signal
Could not find any info on this, but imagine its linked to engine speed and gearbox speed.

    17114 P0730 Gear Incorrect Ratio
    Found this...
    Possible Symptoms:
    Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) ON

    Possible Causes:
    Transmission Fluid contaminated
    Transmission faulty (Mechanical Problem)

    Possible Solutions:
Check Transmission Fluid (Color and Contamination)
    Replace Transmission Fluid when necessary
    Check Transmission Mechanics

What fault are you experiencing with the car?

It is definately worth while checking the fluid if possible and see if there are any more fault codes on the car. Worst case it could be gearbox ECU or possibly box itself

You can only hope for some good will financial compensation from Audi, but you'll probably have to have the work done through them.

But they don't have to contribute to the costs at all.
