I've got a faceoff cd player and everytime I remove that faceoff bit, I lose my stored radio stations. I read somewhere that it could be a wiring issue. Please help. I've included a pic if it helps

Usually, the red and yellow wires are the permanent and ignition lives, but you should check the radio instructions to be sure, or the little sticky labels stuck to the wires.

If you do't have either of these, then you should use a volt meter or a test bulb to check which one is which.

Just change the yellow and red wires in the harness that came with the radio. They usually have bullet connectors to allow this to be done easily. 2 min job!
