    hi all, the problem i have is when driving its all sound, its when i come to slow down, an come to a stop the revs just die an i have to start the car again,any ideas please.........

    clean out the throttle body and reset the basic settings

    Yes the crankcase ventilation hoses are prone to splitting underneath.

    Is cleaning the throttle body a hard job and can you do it without disconnecting the plug which is attached to it?

    It is easy when it is off, very difficult I imagine when still plugged in and to do the job properly it needs resetting anyway.
