    No i doubt that,but unless you are blind,or don't know what you are looking for,it is in full view,when you either remove the head light or the bumper,can't be any more specific than that,sorry.

    Well, as I am not really sure what I`m looking for, an indication as to what side of the car it`s on? is it attached to the bumper bar? under r/h headlight?

    Something like that would have helped, or even the answer you have just given. "remove the front bumper" is hardly specific, if I knew what I was loooking for I wouldn`t be asking where it is. Thanks for your help.

    As stated,remove the right front head light,so it is on the right hand side,if you send your e-mail address i will send you the diagram

    Hi, just found where this is on my 2003 Passat.

    No need to remove the bumper, just remove your grille and it is perfectly accessable from there!

    In that case the ElsaWin instructions are not correct,which surprises me.
