I can see the Radio, but it doesn't find any station. I refuses to search for stations, manually or automatically. TP and TMC are also not picking anything up. I never had this problem before the update. I can see everything, but it just doesn't want to work. I also tried to unplug the battery for 10 minutes, without result.

Well its either in cp mode or corrupted
try running disc 1 and look for tuner update, if it runs then run disc 2 and 3
if you have vag com post a scan and also goto address 07 adaption 111 set to 1 to reset mmi

Btw I don't Know if it changes anything, but I have a mmi high 2g, not 3g.
I have looked at rerunning the update, and for the tuner, I can't as I am already running 630 (which I believe is the latest version). I don't hav bag com. Any alternative?

If the reset on the console is by pushing the volume button for a couple of seconds and then pressing it again to switch it back on, then I have done it many times without result. If their is a different way, please let me know. Thanks for your help

No luck, still doesn't want to find a radio station... It feels (but I am definitely not a professional) that the radio reception completely disappeared (well, the signal is not being picked up)

    Hello All

I've found this thread after long www journey looking for my issue solution which I didn't find on my Polish forums unfortunately....
    Let me describe it shortly:

I've replaced the radio module in my A5 (from the standard one to higher version to achieve additional speakers possibility to plug in to it)
After plug and play the new module - works fine, woofer settings appear, the music seems to be better than on my standard module..
    but,
there is no FM radio reception at all ! There is no option to tick/enable the box called" switch regional stations" ... no FM. I can't scan or track manually, it's stuck.
The protection has been removed. I have been also advised that I have the factory software which have never been updated .. maybe this is the reason ..

When I switch back to my original module - everything is working as it should.

I am so disappointed because I know this should work this way ...
