Hi All,
Daughter bought a 2000 Lupo 1.0e last weekend,drove home approx 140 miles.
No problems with the car until stopped for fuel after about an hour's driving. Became very "lumpy" and idled between 2000 to way below 1000revs whilst waiting in the queue for the pump.
Refuelled and travelled the rest of the way home, no problems.
Car was moved on the drive later and the coolant temp warning light flashed within 10 seconds of starting and did not go out.
Found brown coolant and hot chocolate type liquid had leaked into the engine bay.
Not driven it since but When started the coolant temp warning light flashes immediately, also had the EPC light lit.
Temp guage didn't pass half way mark during the journey home.
The oil is clean with no mayo on the cap.

Daughter hasn't passed her Driving test yet so got a bit of time to sort out.
Any checks I can do prior to taking to the garage?
(limited skills)
Your help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Andy
