    Well they should work with the relay out so if fuse 5 is OK I suspect a wiring fault.

    Anthropogenic climate change, the biggest con inflicted on mankind since religion...

    Mate youre a legend! $1 fuse and now they work. Think i might have to purchase a manual so i know what fuses are for what. There wasn't even one in that hole. Youd have thought 2 auto electricans would have seen that.
