New audi owner with a couple of niggles

just got my first audi, an A6 Avant 1.8T 1999
am impressed with the car but there are a couple of probs with it
the stero does not power up even though there is power getting to it,
the drivers side window is jammed up, i can hear the motor working but is not moving the window,
sometimes the digital reading on the dash has large bits missing

and finally some scumbag has snapped my rear wiper and arm off, is this bit only available from the main dealer
