    Hi all,

Some of you with a good meory will remeber this post i made regarding getting a DSLR

    https://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/s...=Camera&page=2

Anyway.. As the weather is getting better i thought i would get out and get used to the camera.. I will be using it mostly for motorsport events i attend but have recently found an intrest in Aviation Photography...(Or as some may say.. Plane Spotters! )

Anyway.. below are a few pictures starting with oldest to newest...

All the photos are straight out of the camera with no editting... I am wanting to get the balances right with the camera before using photoshop to edit etc..

    Anyway.. take a look...

Any advice would be welcomed! (apart from GIVE UP!! )

    Cheers

    Rick

    Nice pictures.

I'd also recommend practicing panning shots with a slightly slower shutter speed - it always looks good to have a car in sharp focus with motion blur on the background.

I don't get as much opportunity to take photos as I'd sometimes like to.

Nice one Rick, I'd love to go taking pictures just like that.

All I've got is a Panasonic DMC-TZ3 digi camera. Could definitely do with a DSLR one day, as any pictures of moving objects my poor hand-held digi camera can't handle. They all just come out blurred. I take my son karting up near you in Leeds, taking pictures can be a nightmare.

Hmm, taking photographs of planes, how did you not get bundled into the back of a Police Transit and taken away to be thoroughly searched?
