ok, basically i got the key and blade off ebay, VW dealership dont want to know because of where i sourced the key from, apparently they're allowed to ask questions like that and then dictate that unless you buy it from them, they wont code it....

so anyway, what do we all reckon to these mobile key cutting services/auto immo coders that are in existance? any good, or dont bother?

I used them to get keys coded for 3 cars I've had. They may be able to code it for you, if they can't then they'll point you in the right direction as they know their stuff and are very helpful.
