    Good morning,

I am a new member to this forum and hope that you can help me.

I found a large puddle in the spare wheel well and have no idea where it comes from? I have looked inside and all around and have not found any holes or broken rear washer pipes.

I drive a 2003 Audi Allroad A6.....anyone have similar problems.

    Many thanks

Yes I also recently acquired a 2003 Allroad that has the same problem. Just starting to diagnose. Did you discover the cause?

    Thanks.

is it clear water (rain leaking in) or screen wash water?

If it's rain, then check the sunroof drains (if you have a sunroof), and possibly check the rear light clusters (that's where it used to leak in on my Audi Coupe).

Have a look at the high level brake light on the tailgate. The seal is probably perished with age.

I had the same problem and a bit of silicon around the top of the light stopped the leak.

Thanks for the quick responses. It is "clear" water. Rains forecast for this weekend so will check these out (sunroof, rear lights, high-level brake light).

Another way is to put the rear seats down, remove the boot floor, climb inside and get someone to hose the vehicle down with water.....this may help pinpoint the leak!
