Hi hope lewis does it again this year maybe this year the fia and stewards will leave him alone the number of things against him and mclaren last year was stupid like spa what a joke if that didn't prove bias towards the Ferrari then I don't know what does also why last year was lewis penalized when he ran into the back of the cars in the pits but they weren't penalized for lining upside by side when in the pits it should be single file??

Glad it's back on the BBC and the chain seams to be back

Anyone see the trailer for it yet??

With regards to two cars side by side in the pit lane, there is not much the driver can do until he is side by side with them. The team should have got a penalty, as the lollipop man should not have released him into an oncoming car. When the driver pulls away from a pit stop box in F1, there's no mirror, signal, manoeuvre... the driver can only just see over his rear wheels never mind what else is coming down the pit lane.

And lets be honest, if you were racing, side by side with someone at the end of the pit lane, where there is nobody to run over or no equipment to run over, would you let the other driver go? I wouldn't!

Raikkonen and Kubica did the right thing, saw a red light which means stop. Hamilton and Rosberg didn't see it, they were caught lacking in concentration. They were penalised and rightly so, next race please.

I hope the BBC do a good job, apart from the adverts and the boringly continuous parade of Lewis, the coverage was quite good. I've not seen the trailer yet, is there one?

    no,getting back to f1,
my feeling is,no matter what changes are brought in,
money will prevail, given the right driver, which again is down to money,
but while the money rich teams are developing we will see some funny names on the podium.--jason button for instance!!!!
but alongside that will be some of the most stupid penalties ever seen,
because the "rule makers" will need to see their rules are being adhered to.
i feel it won't be good for f1,i didn't see much wrong with the way things were last year.
ferrari were almost there, this year they may have been.
    why change that?
it was the closest we have been given in many a year.
    again,just my thoughts,
    stewy.
first time i was up a ladder i was down a well
    4th cog,--two to go

Just heard that the driver who wins the most races this year will win the championship so if Massa Wins say 7 races and doesn't finish in any others and Hamilton wins six but finishes all the other races in the points scoring more points then Massa then Massa still wins the championship.
(only using these two drivers as an example)

What are the FIA trying to do kill F1 once for all how stupid F! is the top rung of the motor sport ladder and should reward consistency and excellence how is this doing that

    Well said Mark.

Its an absolutely ridiculous idea, cannot see the point in it at all.

F1 is not the Olympics, a points system has been in place since the Championship began in 1958, it has worked all these years, so why change it?

I cannot believe this has actually happened.
