Just wondering if you find that the computer is accurate or not?

    Anyone got any figures?

Had mine drop from 25 to 0 miles to go as I sat in a queue.

However the average seems to be quite accurate.

Mine is remarkably accurate. I have always thought my 2.4 should do more to the gallon so I have tested it out a bit.

When on petrol I averaged 24.7 on the computer and it turned out to be 24.4 when working it out from fuel used.

On LPG, it is 18.6 (gulp) and 18.9 in real life. (I can get LPG for 39.9p litre)

So, it is accurate enough for me, even on LPG.

I can get at least another 30miles on "0 miles to empty" but I wouldn't recommend it - your fuel pump is sucking harder with no petrol to keep it cool.

The average is quite good, the instantaneous is only good on long, constant speed runs and the miles to empty is sketchy.

Considering selling my VCDS KEY-USB interface. If you're interested please contact me via PM or email.
