driving home tonight and a stone took a small chunk out of my window, towards the bottom but central in the drivers view

will i have to have that replaced or can it be fixed?

i assume that it wont affect my no claims anyhow so will be an insurance jobby

anybody done this through their insurance, any tips?

check your insurance, they usually charge approx £10 for a repair and £70 for a complete replacement if required. No affect on NCB

Had this done on my golf. Was in my line of sight so was a full replacement unfortunately. Cost my insurance excess which was £60. I imagine it will be the same for you.

    Didnt affect no claims though.
Autoglass did mine and were done in half an hour. Can't compain about the service at all.
    Hope this helps.
