Dealership warrantee's

I bought my B7 from Liverpool Audi last October, so I've got bags of used car warentee left on it. Just wondering what its likely to cover. Is it a case of anything the brakes will be fixed for me? Or will they find ways to squirm out of everything? I'm only asking because my passenger side door speaker sounds like its blown. If its covered by Audi then I'll let them sort it, if not then I'll get one off ebay.

They'll cover everything that isn't deemed as wear and tear or anything they think may have been broken by an occupant of the car.

Personally I'd have a go at getting them to sort out that speaker. After all a lot of people buy from dealers for the warranty.

I'll get on it tomorrow. Now this is going to sound verrrry stupid. But I've never had to ring the dealer for anything ever, so how do I go about asking them to look at it? Ask for the service dept and tell them? Speak to the guy who sold me it?

I'd imagine you ask for service... and if the service guy is a bit unsure he might haul a mechanic/technician out to look at it.

Nope apparently the extended warrantee only covers mechanical faults and not trim/interior stuff. Im quite annoyed about it to be honest- as if its only mechanical faults thats covered then thing like the air con,heater etc etc arent covered so ifthey go down I'm buggered! Ah well, no point crying over spilt milk!
