    Hi ppl have just noticed tonight that wen i lock the car the fuel flap dosent lock so you can open it when the car is locked. Any one else experienced any problems. cheers

    Hi, i've got the same problem on a bora but unsure if they use the same pneumatic system as the a4 / passat. if i get anything through i'll pass it on.

    apparently you can replace the part that locks the fuel cap but there may be a way to avoid buying this from the dealer.

    The fuel flap solonoid is stuck and will require replacing.You can get the part from vw/audi/skoda/seat try corkills it should be near you.Regards Jon
