    You can't. The speaker grilles are part of the door card.

    You can because I have a new replacement grill but the guy said it mite have the tabs at the back melted if you know what I mean.

    The grilles are indeed 'spot welded' for want of a better term (i.e. bits of melted plastic to hold it in place). You will need to remove the door card to get to the rear of the grille so you can deal with the attachment points. I would suggest using an old soldering iron to remelt the plastic so that the old one can be removed. Don't know how successful it would be though.

    Thanks mate, was hoping it would pul off as Iv had trouble getting on of the screws out of the door card but will try agin.

    All done quite easy too just drilled out the old one like rivets and the used my gas soldering iron which gas a little blow torch connection to heat the connections up a little the let the burn/melt themselves down, job done and the grills only a fiver.
