19" would look best and it doesn't effect the gearing/speedo too much.
When using the TOMTOM I've noticed that the speeds different to the car by about 10% (70mph in the car is about 63mph) so in that respect you'll always be under the speed limit if going through a camera
    here's mine:

hi rich , nice car, the black wheels look nice against the colour of your car, have you lowered your car at all?

    thanks neil,
I've not had the car lowered yet as still considering it. I've been told by the guy who would fit it to get the front strut done as well, otherwise if I just went for the Eibach Pro Springs only, then in a years time the shocks would be ruined and need replacing too! So need to find somewhere to get the strut from and then consider the drop, though would look and handle much better once done!

    Done anything to yours?

My theory is that if you put on 18s you would always still have the desire for 19s, but if you put on 19s would you have the desire for 18s?! probably not. If you bought a mr2 2L you would always then want the turbo so why not get the turbo in the first place?!

Go for 19's!!!! They suit modern cars really well

I've put bbs gti edition 30 18's on my golf and they look great! But it has dramatically affected my MPG? On the motorway cruising at 80mph i was getting on average of 55mpg (on 15's) upwards but now it won't even go over 45mpg??? Does anyone else have the same problem?
