    help rust under rear arch big hole in arch n sill ? can it just be rewelded?

    It should be possible to weld. Take it to your favorite local car repair shop and ask them. They should be able to tell you your option sof replace arch/whole wing/patch/ botch in some newspaper and filler and sell it to someone quick/

    what type of car and age is it? My old Renault Megane had this and it would have cost £250 to patch it up, so we sold it on ebay for spares/repair and bought a decent Audi instead.

    95 plate mk3 vr6 golf dnt want to get rid engine is a pearl, found a mk3 golf 1.9 diesel perfect no rust how mutch work would engine transplant be ????? an does it need any strengthning any help v mutch app

    The shells are the same but pretty well everthing needs swapping. Have you not got any mates up to doing the swap over?

    so jus get decent shell then strait swap got few mechanic freinds but al bmw tecs ? anything that might help me on my way had five golfs so knw most of it jus dnt knw wer to start on electrics ? ?

    Literally swap everything over as it was in the VR under the bonnet and you can't really go wrong. You'll need to change the clocks and ignition over as they're coded to the ecu, as is the ignition key. If you've got the same type of key on the new car you'll be able to swap the transponder chip from the original VR6 key.
