    Hi guys

Im struggling to understand which stereo setup i have in my A4 avant.

Its a concert stereo, just cd no tape. On the back of it, it has 3 iso blocks.

The top black one which is bigger than the other two below seems to power the back speakers and possibly the sub in boot side, the next one down (brown) does the front speakers and the last 1 (black) is the power block.

Is this half bose? or not at all. I cant see a bose wire going into the black block at the bottom.

The reason for all this is i have a Parrot CK3100 car kit. My work bought it for me and it was installed in my mk4 Golf anni, now i need to install it in the audi, but im not sure which car kit adaptor i need to buy for it.

    My options from parrot are:
    A4: 2001 – 2004, BOSE + Nav
    A4: 2001 – 2004, Nav. Plus
    A4: 2004-2007, Standart
    A4: 2004-2007, BOSE Syst.
    A4: 2004-2007 , MMI

Now im guessing its one of the top two as its a 2003 car.

    Any help would be great?

    Cheers

    Hi,

Take a look at this thread i did.. "HOW TO" fit a NOkia Car kit.

    https://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/s...ight=NOKIA+car

The thread takes a while to loads as there are loads of photos on there.

If you go to the like of Halfords, you will be able to purchase some small Spade connectors which push onto the pins on the rear of the Head unit... (you just need to ensure you sheild them amd ensure they are connected tight..)

You only need to connect the headunit to the mute, Speaker Left/Right, and tap the power from the fuse box of from the switch live.

    Thanks..
