P2002 efficiency below threshold bank 1

    LOCATION : NORTHAMPTON

Hello guys, could really do with some advice/expertise with the above.

DPF, MIL and Glow lights on.
Had this before, had some to come and clean however the sensor was suspected as the problem, changed, cleared faults and away I went.

Car went into limp mode on the A5, just happened to pull up next to an rac breakdown truck. He plugged in and suggested maybe the dpf had broken inside because of the "efficiency below threshold"

Many differing opinions online. Any help or advice would be appreciated as this is my "new" disability car I treated myself to.

    Thanks guys.

Genuine VCDS HEX-NET V2 - If you need to post an autoscan on a forum you won't get told to get outta town by Ross-Tech staffers for using a hacked version
Software version is always current and covers vehicles 1992 to present.

Experience - several years, mainly scanning, diagnosing, coding and retrofitting on PQ35 vehicles - especially Type 137 Sciroccos.

    Coding:
    • Setting advanced comfort features where available - lighting, windows, security
    • Setting hidden interface features where available - startup needle sweep, large digital speedo for UK vehicles, MFA hidden user options etc.
    • Codings required as part of a retrofit process
    • Codings required for module replacement

    Retrofits:
    • Navigation
    • Cruise Control
    • Power-folding mirrors/door-lighting

ALSO, genuine VCP Pro (CANBUS-ONLY, current verson) for those jobs VCDS can't do such as:
    • Modifying lamp diagnostics behaviour for error-free and resistor-free LED retrofits
    • Coding custom lighting configurations via the BCM PQX5 programmer
    • Enabling remote closing of power-folding mirrors
    • Enabling dual rear foglights where fitted but only a single unit has been enabled at the factory

PM me if you need any of the above

    Cheers, DubSteve
Hi @DubSteve68 I'm about to purchase VCP and already have VCDS. Will VCP code out all my LED bulb errors on my 2013 Caddy including the head lights. Also do you know if it can make the instrument cluster back light illumination be on permanently?

    Cheers
    Chris

Hi everyone, I have a Seat Exeo (Same as Audi A4) and am having a nightmare with the TPMS system beeping over every pebble. It's never worked 100% and I just want to disable it. Wondered if there was anyone in the Kent area (Sevenoaks ish) with VCDS that could help out with it? I'd obviously make it worth your while. All the best! Jay

Bexhill on sea, East sussex (between Hastings and Eastbourne) Used VCDS to calibrate throttle body on my old A4 Cab and read convertible roof fault on my other one. Reset airbag and engine management light. Program door locks, Novice but if my VCDS will read your module and there is a video on youtube or it's not too complicated I should be able to do it.
