Just used central VW Audi in Birmingham and have collected my car today. I went in with a water pump leak on my VW MK6 1.6 TDi. I was also told by the main dealer that a cambelt change would be beneficial at this point as the cambelt needs to be dismantled to get to the water pump. Anyway Volkswagen Birmingham quoted me £450. I managed to get this done for £391 (additional part had to be ordered on top of the cambelt and waterpump which was otherwise £350). The service was great, Tom was the chap who looked after my car and he is very knowledgeable.
