    is Component: J519 the Central Electronics (#09) ?
    if so where is it in a b6 cab 03

    Yes it is. I thought it was up under the dashboard at the drivers side?

    On the saloon it's where "Issac Hunt" indicates - to the right of the steering wheel just behind the fuse box. You will see a long "wide" grey connector and a few other connectors going into it. There are a few relays around it.
