Clicking noise Coming from my Audi S3

Hi, everyone first off all i would like to say that this site is great and i hope it succeeds well in the feature, but i have a problem about two weeks ago i had noticed a clicking noise coming from the engine i went to an audi specialist and he suggested me to change the oil the noise had gone but when i got back home the noise was there again so i inspected the noise and it was actually coming from the black bottle thingy next to the coolant bottle,
when i pull the plug out the noise goes any one got any suggestions? many thanks. MUS

There is nothing wrong. It is the charcol canister working correctly
