2005 allroad gps antenna

just had my 2005 allroad serviced 60 k service, today.
the dealer tells me that the antenna was wet and so the reason for my gps not knowing my position on the road. So my questions are:

How do i remove the head cloth to check out the antenna?
Has anyone else had the same type of problem with water leaking into the antenna, apart from a leaking rear screen washer?
Is a new antenna easily fitted, once the head cloth is down?

This is after the dealership had already fixed a leaking rear washer six months ago, without letting on about the damage done to the antenna.

If anyone can help with this, please do so.

Very common and its nothing to do with the dealers repair.Also consider the coax cable may also be at fault but 90% of the time its the roof gps and you can remove the rear trim and lower theroof lining and remove interior light unit it access the 22/24mm securing nut
