I'm new here so sorry if i'm asking a repeat question
Looking to buy an 03 130ps SE A6 tdi today
Pretty much a FASH with 110 on the clock. 6 months tax and mot . In the usual excellent Audi condition. Tyres all 95 % good. So in all , to me , a really clean nice example.

Looking at £5000 for it witha bit of warranty on it.
What do you regulars think to that ?
Personally £5K for the car looks ok , just a bit concerned at £5K for a 110 mile car but i'm telling myself this is an Audi not a Renault

Any how, hello again and thanks for any replies

Sounds like a good buy to me. Unless it's a Multitronic in which case, be a bit weary. 110K isn't actually that much on one of these cars, especially as the lions share will probably be from the motorway.

We paid £5500 for a 53 plate manual A6 Sport 1.8T earlier this year with 86000 miles, no tax but 12 months MOT. The price you say seems about right IMHO.

Price seems reasonable. If the SH is all in order then those engines will keep going and going, seen plenty of Octavia's with the 1.9TDi engine with 200+k miles on them (taxi drivers love them), so 110k is nothing
Current - 2002 Audi A6 2.5TDi Avant quattro (loved), 2012 Ford S Max 2.2 tdci Titanium X (serves a purpose), 1983 VW Golf GTI campaign (loved)
Previous - 2007 Volvo XC90 D5 SE Lux (gone, hated), 2002 Audi A3 1.9TDi Sport quattro (gone, liked and missed), 2011 Audi A6 2.0TDi SE (gone, loved and missed), 2007 Audi A6 2.0TDi SE (gone thankfully), 1999 Audi A6 2.5TDi quattro (gone, loved and missed)

Assume it's a saloon. Price seems fair.

But bear in mind that at 120,000 miles the cambelt should theorectically be due a change - depending where it's done cost for this varies between £300 - £500.

The only weak point is the front suspension bushes.
