    Hi,

    Just had a quick look at the fues box..

    I have 2 fuses for the 12v sockets.. (ie.. Front and boot on mine.)

    If i remove the fuse for the rear socket, (to confirm i have the right fuse) it stops working as expected.

    I have not swaped the fuse which is the boot to the front as these are differnt amp..

    I "think" the boot was 25amp and the front was 20amp. (I will check and report back on that)

    What is the correct fuse for these??

    Fuse 24 is 25 amp and fuse 26 is 20 amp

    In the end up it was a fuse issue, even though it looked like it had not blown, it had.

    which fuse socket was at fault?

    you refer to 24 and 26 in the thread, but according to this fuse box diagram, they're different (fuse box picture on page 8, the box on the drivers side by the door)

    Can you please send me the guide on how to remove the cigarette lighter for the Audi A3 - it is a 2008 version by the way.
