    Hi im trying to find out how to change the rear pads on a '57' plate A6 s line 2.0 tdi.
    can the motors be turned back using vagcom, and if yes how is it done.

    hi yes found that link thanks
    got the instructions in front of me and it says connect battery charger, so once ive opened the calipers it says close controller, once ive done his can i switch laptop off?

    just found out its a 2006 plate not 57 and itsjust been into audi for rough ideling and they have found that compression gases are blowing past number 3 injector and it needs a new cylinder head. car has only got 40,000 miles on it

    once there open and youve clicked close controller you can disconnect the laptop and turn it of, Then reconnect it again when you need to close them.

    Thanks everyone
    i cant beleive how easy it was to fit the rear pads after using vag com to set the hand brake motors.
